Shipping Information
We ship best way based on weight and your zip code. A freight rate will be provided prior to shipment.
Claims
Upon receipt of your package please inspect for obvious or concealed damage. A visibly damaged carton should be inspected in presence of carrier and noted on the shipping papers and returned if the contents are deemed damaged and unusable. Concealed damages must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
To report damages and/or shortages, contact Accentrics within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Accentrics and its Freight Carriers are not responsible for damages or shortages after obtaining a clear delivery receipt.
Concealed damages must be reported to Accentrics no more than 48 hours after delivery. Retain the original carton and packing in the event that the carrier requires an inspection.
Defective merchandise must be reported directly to us.
If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
Returns
All merchandise returns require a Return Authorization Number assigned by Accentrics and must be requested within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returned merchandise must be clearly labeled with the assigned R/A number. Unauthorized returns will be refused at our dock.
All returns must be properly packed for shipment (in the original carton, if possible) at the customer’s expense.
Returns of first-quality merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus inbound and outbound freight charges and any additional amount determined after inspection for damages that may have occurred during the return shipment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received at Accentrics. Please allow 24 hours to process your cancellation request. Shipments made before your request must be accepted.
Terms
A $25 service fee applies to all returned checks.
